What Happens When We Are Eating Too Much Sugary Foods?

Sugary food is good. However, eating too much sugary food is not good. Sugar that has been changed into energy will be delivered to the muscle cells that are in our body. If the incoming sugar too much, the sugar will be sent to the liver and stored as fat. Roughly, what happens when we are eating too much sugary food?

On 15-30 minutes later, sugar will pass through the stomach and reach the small intestine. There, the sugar will be broken down and in flush into the blood. At that time, the pancreas releases insulin substances and turn sugar into energy.
