  • Clean your swimming pool regularly. Why wouldn’t water bugs not come to your house when there are abundant freshwater in one place? The best way to get rid of water bugs from your swimming pools is by cleaning them regularly. If it won’t work, then add few tablespoon of liquid dish soap into the pool. The chemical composition of the soap will kill water bugs, so you can scoop their floating dead body out of the pool.
  • Water bugs like cockroaches are attracted to foods. Develop a habit to always clean up the spills or crumbles as soon as they happen. Use water and soap to clean the smell and any traces of foods thoroughly.
